Keep your American Industrial heat exchangers sealed and operating safely with genuine replacement gaskets. We supply complete gasket sets for all air-cooled tube-and-fin models as well as shell-and-tube exchangers (fixed tube bundle, U-tube, and removable bundle designs).
Gaskets are critical for maintaining leak-free performance at operating pressures up to 300 PSI and temperatures up to 400°F. Available for end covers, channel heads, bonnets, tube sheets, shell flanges, and serviceable core access panels.
Standard materials include Nitrile (Buna-N), Viton, EPDM, Neoprene, and high-temperature compressed fiber. Material selection is matched to your fluid type (hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, water/glycol, or steam) and operating conditions to ensure long-term sealing reliability.
Exact-fit gaskets guarantee proper compression, correct bolt-hole alignment, and full restoration of the original pressure and temperature ratings. Using non-OEM gaskets can lead to leaks, reduced performance, or premature failure under thermal cycling and pressure.
Original gaskets are manufactured to exact dimensions, material specifications, and compression characteristics of your American Industrial heat exchanger. This ensures leak-free sealing, maintains rated pressure/temperature limits, and prevents costly fluid loss or downtime.
Provide the model number and serial number of your heat exchanger (or a photo of the nameplate). For shell & tube units, also note the number of passes and whether it is fixed or removable bundle.
Yes. We stock complete gasket sets for all air-cooled tube & fin series as well as shell & tube models including AA, AB, CS, CK, UCS, UCN, SRCS and others.
Viton is recommended for synthetic fluids and temperatures above 300°F. EPDM works well with water/glycol mixtures. Nitrile (Buna-N) is standard for most hydraulic and lubrication oils. Custom materials are available upon request.
